I'm not a burger person, but I could easily eat a cheeseburger everyday from Bill's Charcoal Grill and their ribeye steak is heaven sent!! Their French fries are the bomb too, service is outstanding and love how you build your own burger from fried onions, bacon and even avocados. Plus they have a fresh topping station too so you can make sure you get as many pickles on your burger as you want. If you haven't tried this establishment, you are truly missing out on a great meal!! Now get going!!

Good local place with great service. I had the chili cheeseburger with no bun for keto dieting. The burger patty had a great taste, the chili was okay, I wish it didn’t have beans which makes it weird to eat with a burger. The fries while a splurge item for me were okay, but nothing special. My dining partner had the hot dogs in buns with chili and really liked his meal.
This little hole in the wall serves DELICIOUS sandwiches and more!!
Blink and you’ll miss it but you don’t want to miss out on this food! Very antique decorations scattered around the room give you something to admire while you’re waiting on the chefs in the back to prepare your meal. I can’t wait to come back and try their pasta primavera!

It had been many years since I last ate here. I stopped in for lunch and was happy to enjoy the same great taste I remembered from so long ago. Will be returning sooner rather than later. Had the #18 dinner. A burger stuffed with cheese. Along with my choice of onion rings and French fries. Love it!
Here is another locally owned restaurant situated in North Wichita. We all know the flavor from using real charcoal, but many of us skipped to the fast convenience of a gas grill. Get back to that rich, smoky, charcoal flavor on a big 1/3 a pound at least burger. We sampled thendouble open faced chili burger, 2 patties, smothered in real meaty chili served open-faced and the special a giant burger grilled with a kansas made Hot link split open on top. Fries were lightly coated and seasoned and fried to a delicious crispness. simple.food will take you back to a nice back yard bbq but without the fuss.
This place was awesome! Definitely a hidden Wichita gem. The girl working the register is a wonderful person who takes pride in her work. The food took awhile to cook, but it's because it's actually being cooked not just reheated. It's delicious and well worth any wait.
The burgers are huge. Grill flavor. Fresh. Owner is friendly and enjoys what she does. Staff polite. Everything I've had here was amazing.. oh and did I mention they have pasta? It'll amaze how well a burger joint does pasta! Yum!
