The food was pretty decent here. It’s my first time at this location (The other time was in Canada). Went on a Thursday night where the Dodgers were facing The padres. Customer service was decent. They only had one waitress and that it would take a while for food to come out. It took 30 mins for wings and a burger. We had order 15 wings but I’m sure it’s not her fault — she gave us 20 wings. It was very busy and understaffed. I dropped a fat tip for her but food was okay. It wasn’t very tasty.

I haven’t been here in a while and for good reason. The food still sucks a year and a half later. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese and I got Mac and cheese with 4 whole boneless wings on top with almost no sauce. I only gave them 2 stars because the mozzarella sticks I also ordered are very tasty and perfectly cooked. Skip the Mac and cheese if you come here.

This place used to be really good, but it seems like at least this location has gone downhill, We had a group there last night and the chicken was pathetic, resembled that of small popcorn chicken. The ones I got had little to no seasoning, and the sauce was almost non-existing. Our whole table had the same experience. By the time we got our wings they were cold as well. If you want some good wings go to wingstop! Great stuff there

Food and service were horrible. Wouldn't be going back or recommending this place. Our food took forever to come out considering it was pretty empty the entire time I was there. They never brought my daughter her drink. We never got asked for refills or of we needed anything. By the time we wanted to pay we had to go find our server for the check . When he gave us the check it took another 10 minutes just to pay. I was there over 2hrs. Worst experience ever..

The food is good, but the place is understaffed. It is a on going problem over the months. Have left after 45 minutes of waiting before. Usually open tables, just not enough servers/bussers.
Tables with dishes sitting after people leave.
Probably not the shift managers fault, this is a decision made higher up.

I suggest you stay away from this location. The service was VERY slow (I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for my food) and I have a feeling my waiter forgot my order. They told me later that they only had one chef! The food was nothing special and I don't recommend coming here even if it's just for drinks.

This place is a joke. Trying to place a to go order here is an utter disaster. I got to the to go section and just stood there for 15 minutes. No employees around and the other customers said they just went to the back/kitchen area and havent seen them. After that I just left. Sad thing is that this is not a single time event, it has happened multiple times where there is nobody at the counter but this was the first I haven't seen anybody there to help.This place is going downhill quality wise and all other reviews seemingly agree on this. Years ago when it first opened it was amazing. The food was good, always seemed packed, etc. Whoever is the manager here really needs to step up their game and either have more staff or train them to do better than go away and hide. Employees are rude, go away and are gone for 15 minutes at the pickup counter leaving many customers standing waiting for help, have attitudes when asking for help, etc.

First time since Mexico that I enjoyed Buffalo wild wings. Very clean very spacious. I enjoyed the bar and I enjoyed speaking to the bartender who offered me the app to make points and win some free food or prizes. Thank you very much David I appreciate your help thanks for the burger and fries and too tall buds. I recommend you bring yourself your friends and your family come and enjoy the games of all sports you can imagine. Covid-19 free and plenty of parking. Sincerely Jesus Banda's honest reviews.
