Subway

I ordered online, because their was a BOGO 50% off coupon. I set the time I was going to pick it up, and 2 hours later I drove to the restaurant. It said online I needed to show the order#, so as I was walking in I opened the newest e-mail from Subway. They had cancelled my order. I asked the young lady behind the counter about it, and she said she knew nothing about it. It wasn't her fault. The young lady got immediately defensive about it. I never blamed her, I just asked about it. I also asked if I could use the online code, and she said no. I left and went home hungry I just wasted a 14 mile round trip for nothing, and when I tried to contact Subway online, I couldn't because they wanted the restaurant number and the online number is wrong. I will avoid this chain until they get their act together. Don't try to use any online coupons or orders. We seniors have to have faith and trust in a restaurant or we will avoid it. I have neither in Subway.

I stopped in at 7:00pm on Monday the 15th of March and was delightfully surprised how great the place looked. Avery and her pink haired coworker had the lobby and the veggie bar behind the glass looking better than I’ve seen at most Subways. I commented on how great the place looked and Avery’s response was, “we try”. Oh so humble. I was so impressed that I couldn’t leave the parking lot without expressing my gratitude for her and her pink haired friends effort. Thank you Ave for giving a darn!!

It's not just this Subway but it is this one too so I'm posting a review. I try to get a sandwich for work in the morning but the stores are never open when they are supposed to be open. Sometimes over an hour and half later than posted open time. I want to get lunch and they are supposed to be selling breakfast!? Makes no sense. They won't sell any breakfast if they are not open at a dependable time. People hardly want to walk inside and buy in the first place because people have to work. People run late and can't stop at multiple food places to eat for the day when they are in a hurry.

Took my family in to get dinner and they had no meatballs ready. I had to change my order from what I wanted ( a meatball sub) to something else. Then for the guy to come in after us the employee then made meatballs because he ordered a meatball sub. Food was ok not the best my son's subs were over cooked. Not a good experience at all.
