They close the doors to the community, Sunday June 19th at 6:40pm and the lobby is closed and you can only get service from drive thru. I walked a short distance from my house to enjoy ice cream and was turned away because I didn’t have a car. This is not what servicing the community means. I am not going back

No, I lost 25 minutes of my life waiting for 2 blue raspberry coolata, in the drive thru. It is typical. Only reason I am stating this. I dont usually complain. It was the wait, the fact that only one car was ahead of me, the guy at the window forgot my order. Then after paying 9 dollars and some change. He proceeds to yank a box of chocolates from behind a coffee machine and asks if I want to buy them. I'm like no.

Wow! Get a new cake decorator. Pretty disappointed in the writing on my cake that I ordered 3 days prior, shouldn't look like a rush job. The writing wasn't centered and it looked like a 5 year old did it. When I asked her about it, she said even if I try to fix it, it'll look worse. Horrible attitude.

Expectation vs Reality please people don't go to this place its bad in every single way you can think of dirty bad customer service they have no idea how to make drinks and worse attention the girls that work there specially in the afternoon shift need to talk less and pay more attention i ask for a banana split and she was too busy talking to her co-worker that she ignore me about my ice cream flavors and topping she started to throw everything she had i only wanted cherry and strawberry but nooo she put nuts and then she stop her conversation with her co-worker to tell me did you wanted nuts well hellow you already put the nuts on it there was really not much to do and then i ask for the hot chocolate frozen and it look terrible let my pictures speak for themselves
