Capri's is an old classic for me, but what I come to realize is that I don't like pizza that has that much crust. The taste is original but I wont be traveling to Indiana anytime soon to frequent the establishment. Don't get me wrong it was good but I have a few on my list that are better. Sorry Capri's you're not my number 1 anymore.

I really used to love this place, used to order for years, they were always great… but over time it’s just gotten overpriced for what they are. Quality has gone down, prices have gone up, and you have to call them a few times to get thru and then wait on hold. Pizza is usually not ready for pickup and it’s usually a decent wait.

Have been ordering consistently and never any major issues. Ordered today waited for over hour and didn't have everything I ordered. Called was told fine it will be sent then to be called back and put on hold to be told owner put in bag. I order all the time to be accused of lying for cheesesticks! Really ?? Lost loyal customers. Awful customer service!

Everything from Capri's Pizza in Whiting is very good, especially the broasted chicken & Italian beef sandwiches! The personnel are friendly & attentive.
I've never had a problem with a delivery order, and I'm amazed at the reviews that rip Capri's on the issue. It's just common sense to avoid ordering - either carry-out or delivery - on major holidays, on Super Bowl Sunday, or when the weather is horrific. Those are nightmare elements for ANY service source.

Ordered a pizza and it was so horrible burnt on the bottom cheese not fully cook on top. Will not be going back tried to give them the benefit of doubt but this is not the first time my pizza came out bad.

This is the second time I order pizza from here and it’s very good, it’s one of the best ones I’ve had BUT this time I found some plastic in my pizza, I took a bite and I felt something hard I took it out and it was a piece of plastic. Please be more careful

Capri pizza what's goin on??? 3 out of last 6 pizzas ordered have not been what we wanted. We usually order 2 pizza's cuz the wife & kids don't like what I do. But I have been on the short end of the stick lately. Gonna have to take a break. We always tip well too, taking money out of the delivery or cashier's pockets.....smh. 4-5 pizzas a month worth not making sure the pizza makers are getting it right??
