Lady Siobhan helped me when I got over charged. I wanted help & she came up to counter & replaced the order with 2 items. Elder cashier did not hear me to take off Latte. Siobhan was most apologetic & courteous in satisfying customers. Her exceptional customer relationship was admirable Siobhan should be Commended - great example to employees!

I usually go inside since the drive up is packed. Yes they move quickly but I've got no patience. My own thing. But they make it exactly how I ask!! And the girls I've seen working there are very kind and professional. I'm sorry I wish I paid more attention. But love the store on 70 they are on my way out as well as great!!
