From the parking lot I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door. I have since described eating here as going to a friend's house for lunch. The food is southern all the way, and delicious. My favorite was the fried chicken & whole boiled okra. Even the salad was awesome though! The staff made us feel right at home. I'm looking forward to going again.

Very friendly staff, hot fresh food, you won't be disappointed. Lots to choose from if you like country style cooking at a great price. I'll definitely be back!!!!

The selection was large to say the least. I could not get over it! I only made one trip but I loaded up my plate. I ate every bite. The meat and vegetable selection will tempt any palate. The salad bar was fresh and crisp with plenty of items to make it interesting too. The fruit was pretty as were the deserts. I had to have some of an old southern classic, banana pudding of course! Yum! The wait staff kept the beverage you were drinking full. We didn't have to wait because we made a bee line there before the church crowd flooded in. Yay! Check it out Village Buffett when you want a satisfying meal that won't break the bank.

Well I don't know if I should start with the friendly staff or the cozy settings inside the place but I know one thing for sure is that if you don't do nothing else while you're in Whiteville you must try the food at village buffet I tell you It has been a while since I have sat down and got my belly full but I did today and the price is great my family of 8 ate there today for under 65$ not bad I say.

We love Village Buffett . Jimmy Parker and his staff work hard to please the customers and the food is off the chain delicious. Southern home cooked country eating and it does not get any better that.

I personally can say that the food wasn't that good when The owners youngest son was cooking . Jimmy Parker Sr has recently retired and sold the Family-friendly to Jimmy Parker jr and his wife. I can honestly say that the food speaks for its self and at a reasonable price . Customer service is great as well . With that being said I hope everyone can eat there to if only once. Lets see some reveiws.

I think the Village Buffet is an overlooked restaurant in the Whiteville area. The food is plentiful, hot & flavorful. Unlike some buffets, the entrees are not dry or overcooked. Check it out & enjoy a cook home style meal.

Great food! Good service.... nice people. Price is right. Wensday is senior citizens day. I recommend this place but closes early check time.

We stopped this week on the way home from the beach. The food was excellent and the price ($7.29) was good. However, we were charged $1.75 each for waters at the end of the meal -- something we should have asked before we sat down.
