Taco Bell

I tried to redeem the reward for free nacho fries in the Taco Bell - it wouldn't let me, the option was grayed out and it said they weren't available at my location... HOWEVER, they were available in the regular menu, and I was able to add them to the cart and purchase them without difficulty. I explained the issue to an employee when picking up my order, but instead of refunding the price of the fries, or simply giving me an additional order of nacho fries, they said they weren't able to do so and that all I could do was contact support.

This Taco Bell is my favorite 1. As usual service was great,food was hot! Question that all 3 of us ask is WHERE'S the BEEF? If our food had more than a half of a teaspoon of meat I would give a 5 Star. What has me upset I don't live 5 minutes away. So when I'm in the area I look forward to getting food to take home and eat from this location. Yes, I do recommend this Taco Bell like I said better than any of the other one's actually rate this Taco Bell #1 in the Lehigh Valley" when I go to eat my food n can barely find the beef that makes for a unhappy customer! This is the first time it happened n hopefully the last! Highly recommend My vote for this Taco Bell # 1.

This place it the worse taco bell I've ever had. Literally no meat in Anything and the burritos are 50 percent liquid of some sort just disgusting. It's just sloppy all around. It's in need of quality control big time. I'll never go back to this location again. Not sure how they stay in business selling this garbage!

Yes they I forgot are cheesy Roll-Ups that we ordered through the kiosk at their we figured it'd be easier doing it that way all the food was cold by the time we got it then we ordered extra did they bring cheesy rolls for later and then what happened is that they gave us a compa Sacra next time over there and also that cinnamon twist they were good salmon supposed to get that they were fairly warm and then we got three more to go for my family and that's it I think I don't know what's wrong with this particular Taco Bell that the driving is much more efficient than to eat in that probably why I never eaten there and probably will never do so

Every time I go to this taco bell I have to wait 30 minutes in line before turning back and going home. They have no concept of customer service! This place needs a major overall, new management, or just to be shut down completely. The past 4 times I went I did not receive service!!! This is appalling. Why do you have a business that doesn't serve its customers?!?!! No food! I used to love you, Taco Bell...now I hate you (and myself)

Went there today to eat lunch, ordered our food, got one of my tacos wrong and my husbands five layer burritos were cold and no sour cream, one of the guys starts talking “oh she’s just getting a free taco, I made that right” smh he didn’t but still kept running his mouth. I tried to explain what he missed and ignored me. Where’s the GM at? Where was any manager? When ur on the line making food for guests be professional, yea it’s a fast food job but you’re representing the the brand when on the clock wearing the shirt. For you managers especially the gm; train your staff to be better, I know it’s hard to get your staff on the same page But it’s not that hard to fire the ones with bad attitude. GOOD LUCK!!
