Chipotle Mexican Grill

Extremely dirty and unkempt. Went on a very slow Friday night. Only one other patron in front of me. The restaurant only had one couple eating at a hightop. There were at least 4 workers in the store behind the counter. The drink station was filthy and had no lids for cups. The floors and tables had food, debris and crumbs everywhere you looked and the trash at the exit was ridiculously overflowing with garbage in the bins filled to capacity and bags piled on top. The food however was good, but the location did nothing to entice me to want to come back there. I posted some images of what it looked like during my visit.

All of the workers had absolutely no customer service capabilities. They were loudly swearing, yelling at each other, and screwed up our order 4 or 5 times. This is one of the worst chipotle experiences my family has ever had. As im typing this, they're all sitting behind the counter on their phones and still arguing.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I’m a college student with little cash to be spending and I decided to treat myself to my favorite fast food. After getting back and opening my online order I open it to an empty quesadilla with brown rice. I ordered 2 kids chicken quesadillas with 2 sides of white rice and 2 sides of guacamole. Now I’m left with nothing to eat and my money wasted. Never going here again.

Very unprofessional, cook sneezing around food with no mask, prices different on board verses what’s totaled on receipt. Very bad etiquette, Servers rubbing their eyes, female cook pants hanging below waist showcasing rear end. When asked about why price differs, employee responded by saying “ I just work here” Manager shows lack of sympathy about misunderstanding, food warmers are messy and staff is just unwelcoming and unfriendly. I would have to say just fire the whole staff or just close this location period!!!!

My husband and I placed an online order for pickup at 8:30. I did check before I placed the order and on the website it said they were open until 10:00. We pulled up at 8:30 for both doors to be locked and sign on the door that said “Restaurant closes at 8:00 PM. Any refunds please call…” and they gave a number. This is so unacceptable! You take our money, waste our time driving there, and then make it inconvenient for having to call and not just being able to cancel the order online. If you don’t have the staffing just change your hours!

Ontop of having to deal with very entitled people and limited work force, this chipotle deserves more credit for what it's worth. The staff involved in getting all the orders out and having to deal with people despite awful comments, they did a phenomenal job serving me with how congested the establishment was. 5 stars guys. Thank you for doing a great job and keep it up.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Hours showed 10:45 opening.. Came in at 10:50 stood there no one acknowledged us at all. After few minutes someone came to take order. They were out of everything. Had no rice, fajitas veggies or the honey chipotle dressing. So the person with me decided to not even order anything after hearing almost everything I asked for they didn’t have. Stood there waiting to check out as they started taking another persons order and telling that person everything they didn’t have. Still waiting was never ever told there will be a wait. Just stood in front of my food ready to pay. Literally nothing was communicated to us at all, if someone was pleasant or apologetic or anything I would of been totally fine waiting but the tone and how rude was insane. We were paying customers.. if they would of said it’ll be a few minutes to check out or anything. I was totally confused as to what was going on. I ordered. Had my food there but no one was at register or telling me why I was waiting. They didn’t have the cash register ready? Someone came and put a drawer in it. Wasn’t paying cash was using a card. After all the time I decided not to get a drink or even eat inside there. Wanted to get out of there asap. Also zero forks were set out I was forced to ask for one. They basically throw a fork on the countertop. It was the worst customer service I ever saw. It was appalling. They all looked miserable and rude and didn’t inform or say anything. It was so odd. Will never go back there again. So disappointing. Not a true chipotle. Me and the other customer looked at each other on the way out shocked. She was more outspoken about it then I was. If I could give negative stars I would.
