Tupelo Grille

We came here for our anniversary while staying in Whitefish. Good solid offering of different “coastal” selections. The gumbo was good, salad very good. We ordered the steak frites (yummy) as the main course. For desert, the crème brûlée and the chocolate muosse. Marshall was great at the bar. Excellent customer service by all the staff.

This was my favorite restaurant of our trip! It was very busy on a Friday night, so highly recommend reservations. We had a great server. The food was very good. I loved the catfish appetizer! We got the meatloaf and pasta. The flavors of everything was very good. The huckleberry sauce on the meatloaf was a little sweet for me, but my husband loved it. His pasta was so good and the perfect amount of spice. Overall, great experience!

To start with the upside - this was a cool little restaurant with excellent live music and good ambiance. The staff was generally friendly and the fried green tomatoes were very good. The problem seemed to boil down to the kitchen not being able to keep up. We waited a ridiculously long time for food - to the point that we were worried about missing the last snow bus. It was probably 90 minutes after we sat before we got entrees. Appetizers and bread were also very slow to come out. The steaks were very dry when they did arrive. Not necessarily overcooked, but they required steak sauce to be able to stomach them. We were limited to the lounge menu (supposedly to help the kitchen keep up) so we could only have the sirloin with fries. I don’t think I’d go back to try a different cut simply because this one wasn’t up to snuff for the price. I’d consider going back for appetizers and a drink though.

Went here over the weekend and I could not rave about this place more! Our server Steve was absolutely amazing and attentive. We ordered the mussels to start, Steve brought us extra bread to finish off the sauce because it was so good. We both had the steak and frities for entrees, which were amazing. We both also tried an Off with her Head drink which was good but we probably wouldn't order it again because of the thyme. I really wanted to try the bread pudding for dessert (had seen lots of rave reviews) but we were simply too full. Would absolutely recommend here for an amazing meal.

One of my favorite restaurants on the planet! Chicken and dumplings is melt in your mouth, dream of it for weeks good. Elk meatloaf freaking amazing! Cocktails are delicious, the staff is friendly, even the host who sat us, Taylor, went above and beyond to accommodate us last summer. You won't be disappointed.

Went with work colleagues and we all had a wonderful experience. Their desserts are phenomenal, but I had the sticky toffee pudding and it was probably the best I've had. The place was very clean and the staff was great. My course was the steak frites and it was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place

Food was good. But after we eat there was a MOUSE running around inside eating the scraps on the ground. We informed the waiter and she didn’t apologize or do anything. Just continued on working like it was normal. For being a higher priced menu and higher end restaurant this is pretty alarming and disgusting.
