The rangoons were stale like they’ve been there for days and the rice and lomein had no flavor, the shrimp was soggy just overall the food was not good at all just a waste of money

The new guy did not ask how many in our party. Assumed it was just my son. I waited while 3/4 other workers scooped up food for online and drive through never asking me if I'd been helped. The new guy did not know I was waiting until my son told him I was paying. He also misheard me, I said big plate and selected three items he only gave me two, even though I selected 3. Food was good as usual. Not a bad experience, but the staff should acknowledge someone just standing there.

Worst Panda Express in the DFW area! I am done with this location. And the general manager should be ashamed and headquarters should fire them for allowing what goes on here. I came last week and the white rice was so old that it was crunchy. Today, a week later it is 6:40 at night. And they don’t have any rice. Their employees are lazy, rude, and could care less about customer service. Each time I have gone to this location there are items that have not been refreshed and look very old, or out completely. No one should have to pay for subpar food. I am contacting the corporate office about this location. I am done!

I hate giving this place a 1 star. Management is amazing, Cashiers are great, everyone is perfect, except for the cooks. Those Mexican ladies were so rude. Orange chicken tasted sour, literally didn’t have almost any sauce and what it did have was water. Even the cashier pointed it out! They were so offended that I thought the food wasn’t good and wanted a refund they started bad mouthing in Spanish. I’m 1st Gen American, Spanish is my first language. I’m not going to cause a scene, especially when the manager was super polite and respectful. Regardless, I will not be coming back here. That was the 2nd chance after getting sick from the Beijing Beef, probably cooked by the same ladies. Seriously, if you see those Mexican ladies in the kitchen “cooking” do yourself a favor and leave, Chick Fil A is right in the same parking lot and it’s by far the best Chick Fil A I’ve been to.

Terrible Order through App, slow staff.
I submitted a mobile order to pick up as I was on lunch. I walked in and stood under the pick up sign as a customer checked out. After they checked out the cashier walked away, then returned to check another person out. Had another employee walk out, look at me, then walk back behind the fridge area. I waited over 5 min before saying something. They checked the mobile orders and mine has not come through yet, as it was running 15 mins behind again. It finally printed with about 5 others at once. One employee started working on the orders and took his time. After another 5 minutes of waiting (running close to being late returning to work) I asked if they could fill mine as I had to go to work and no one else was waiting. They filled part of it then realized they were out of an item and none was being prepared to be cooked. I had them double up what they had and left. 2nd time I've they have had "issues with the machine" running behind and moving slow to fill orders.

Very disappointed today. Asked for terayaki sauce and was given everything but that. They didn't tell me when I ordered they didn't have any. I asked for some but didn't tell me till I came back that they didn't have it. I would have ordered something different.

I have been to several Panda Express, and have never been disappointed by any of them. This Panda Express was by far the very best of them all. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was wonderful. EXCELLENT!

Placed a mobile order for pickup around 7:30 pm before my lunch break. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:08 pm go straight to the online pickup order line and no one was there. Asked a young man if he could assist me with my order he told me no he couldn’t help me because he don’t work the front. So a young lady walk over and ask what I needed I informed her I was picking up a mobile order she then asked for the name on the order then tell me she’ll be happy to assist me after I get in the line! I told her it was a mobile order so it should be ready she then say I have not started on any mobile orders! I told her it was my lunch break and to cancel the order because I didn’t have time to wait. She refused to cancel the order so I left and called up there because I didn’t want to look like a mad lady in front of the other customers. The shift leader keeps telling me she couldn’t cancel that I would need to cancel it and after telling her multiple times there’s no option for me to cancel Nevada if there was I would’ve and be done with it. I asked for the manger she said there’s no manger available so I suggested that she could contact the manger and I’ll wait on hold for them to assist her on how to cancel a mobile order and I assured her I was not hanging up with it confirmation that my order was canceled. She got someone to cancel the order and said they didn’t want to do it because it was a tedious process!! I never waste my time going there again especially on my lunch break
