The food is fantastic! Its a quick and easy restaurant. It’s clean. They added a new pre fixed menu as another option for dining on a budget. Parking is behind the building or you can park across the street. Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, Onion Pakora, Samosas, garlic naan bread, and the basmati rice are my favorite options! This restaurant is the epinemy of great indian food. The spice levels are perfect as you can ask for for or less. The cooks are amazing the recipes are still the same and I love them!

My boyfriend and I came here in search of a great Indian cuisine delicacy in white planes! We were greeted by Gill an amazing waiter and he was very patient with us considering we had no idea what to get, he guided us on what was best recommended and made sure we were taken care of the whole time . The vibe is great nice and cozy with amazing people. would 10/10 recommend for others. Thank you Gill for the amazing service !!!!

Had an amazing dinner here with my wife and son. I had the Chicken Nilgiri Korma, the chicken was cooked just right - very tender - and the cashew/almond based sauce had a wonderful creamy texture. I used the Nan and the rice to soak up every delicious drop of the sauce. My wife had the Lamb Sag and shared a bit with me. The lamb was melt in your mouth tender - we are from far away, but if I ever make it back this way, I will order this. My 18yr old son is a budding foodie who loves Indian food and gets it whenever he can, and he says the Chicken Vindaloo is the best he's had. We also shared some Lamb Samosas for an appetizer, and very much enjoyed the Gulab Jamun and Punjabi Kheer (rice pudding) for desert. The owner was a friendly, gracious host who made sure we had everything we needed and was happy to answer any questions. The prices are very reasonable as well. If I lived nearby, I would be a regular here, 5 stars!

My husband and I always have an excellent experience at Ambadi! Whatever we order is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and served by a friendly and attentive waitstaff. Today we went there for lunch and our server, Gill, made sure we had everything we needed - just as all of Ambadi's servers always do. This little gem of a restaurant is a great place for lunch or dinner!

A lovely family run Indian restaurant in the heart of White Plains. I visited with my bf and was happy to find that they have an extensive menu with plenty of vegetarian options, which was great 😊 The restaurant itself is spotlessly clean with a homely atmosphere and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. I would highly recommend visiting if you are in town! ❤️
