Via Veneto 26

I had dinner on a Friday evening - in a Covid fall of 2020. I had my dinner outdoors. I ordered the spinach ravioli. The dish was served with a salad & warm bread. The ravioli was stuffed with spinach & a cheese mix. The sauce was very tasty with spinach & dried tomatoes. Large shrimp was also included. Overall, a very tasty meal.

Update! Last week it was upsetting that there was no hand sanitizer at the register and they don't have the ability to use smart phone technology to pay. The cashier apologized but obviously didn't express my dissatisfaction with management. I was not happy to hand over my credit card at the register with no ability for the cashier to wash or sanitize her hands. The owners must be in the dark ages in regards to the importance of good hygiene. Bottom line, for every card or cash transaction taken customers germs were all over her hands and she in turn passed them on to us. Wake up guys- you have a great restaurant here, step it up with your staffs hygiene. Hand sanitizer at the register please. I've seen this done at other restaurants and delis. Great food, great service. Although you really can't see it from Main Street, it's there - right next to the main entrance of City Center. You can run in for a quick bite or sit down, relax, have a glass of wine and be served. Either way, you will not be disappointed.

Have been wanting to always try this restaurant and finally made the visit with my family before heading to catch a movie. When we arrived, there was a waiter standing inside (an older gentleman) who greeted us and asked if we would like to sit inside or outdoors. We decided outdoors. I noticed that although the restaurant looked empty when I walked in, there were customers seated in the back. A nice waitress took our drink orders. I did ask if they had a children's menu in which she did tell me no but suggested items that you would normally find on a children's menu (pasta,chicken fingers & fries and pizza) For an appetizer we ordered the Calamari which I found to be a bit rubbery. They serve delicious warm bread with this oil and garlic mix which was incredible. For dinner we ordered a pasta dish which was the Papparadelle with scallops and crab meat in a vodka sauce that was delicious. It came with a side of salad dressed with oil and vinegar. A dish called Veal Insalata which was a veal cutlet over argula salad and the cutlet was not greasy and tender. The argula was not bitter and dressed with just the right amount of dressing making this dish delish. It came with a side of pasta or a potato croquet. The other dish that was ordered and by far the most favorite and flavorful was the Steak V26 with Potatoes. My son was originally going to get it cooked medium well but the Waiter recommended he get it cooked Medium or it would come out dry and boy would he been right had my son had asked for it the way he was originally going to get it cooked..this dish was AMAZING! The steak was juicy and seasoned just right. The potatoes were flavorful and cooked to perfection making this dish one I'll be ordering on my next visit for sure. Also, my youngest ordered chicken fingers and fries and they give you an actual chicken cutlet cut up and not some frozen garbage like you normally would get in those chain restaurants. We did not have any dessert as we were saving it for the movie. I would of given this restaurant 5 stars had the calamari not been so rubbery. We will definitely be returning customers. Very nice restaurant,great staff and delicious food.

Elegant, beautiful and romantic restaurant. The owner and his team are very friendly. The food is excellent. My Husband And I have a tradition to celebrate our anniversary in this place. Raul: the waiter, is the best. A food that I can recommend because I love it, is the floreti Rustico and the red wine barbera

I had dinner there one year ago and went back yesterday. The experience one year after was even better than the first time. They give total attention to the customers, making sure we have the best experience and feel comfortable. Raul our server was great and the food, oh the food, it was so good. Thank you Via Veneto, i will definitely be back.
