I don't eat Tacos Bell often but everytime I do it's an enjoyable experience. The order has always been right, always hot, taste fresh, and has always been yummy. The drive thru moves pretty fast and the employees have always been nice and polite.

This new crunchy double stacker taco that looks like a gordita crunch in the commercial this is definitely not worth a dollar do not get it at least toast the tortilla or something like this is ridiculous come on t bell do better than this

I dont really like this place, I rather go to the one in Longview, they're more friendly and they always get my order right! Food is good and that's it.

Hours on the door shows your open until 3A.M. it's only 11:53P.M. and the dine in is closed and when we asked why we got told the power went out earlier so she locked the door for safety purposes. Power is back on and door is still locked because there's only 2 people working!

Without a doubt this is the least reliable Taco Bell in East Texas.
Orders constantly wrong and/missing items.
2 stars because the food does taste good when it's made correctly. Though I never get the same amount of filling as other Taco Bell's.

My whole order was messed up! The Cinnabon delights are normally the highlight of the meal and they were absolutely terrible! It's like they gave us a 12pk that was sitting on the counter for 3 days and were hard as a rock. All tacos that were requested to be soft without lettuce ended up being hard shelled with enough lettuce on one to make 6 tacos. Definitely not managing their food cost very well. There was maybe a few slivers of cheese so I guess they made up for the overdoing of the lettuce that way. Every item we ordered had the incorrect ingredients on it including our drinks. I never thought that could be possible but I guess it is. Needless to say this was a very disappointing experience that I hope never happens again or to anyone else. You always get that craving where you just really look forward to chowing down on some of your much desired grubbage only to experience a total disaster. It will be a good while before we head back to this location again if ever.

You can order a queserito on the Mobile app and pick it up but you can not order one in drive through line? How does that make sense? This Taco Bell may look new but don’t let it fool you. They have forgotten what service is.
