Love their meatball hoagies! Fast, really friendly, (not.like they're doing you a favor to take your order! Hate that at another Pizza place that start with an L) and very nice place to eat -in at new State Street location. The free drink refill is an appreciated bonus,

I was thrilled when learned that Patti's La Cucina was open for business. I ordered three family-size spinach and ricotta pizzas minus the tomatoes and a chef salad. I shared one pizza and the chef salad with my Dad, gave one pizza to my Dad's next door neighbor, and gave pizza to my sister and her family. Everyone absolutely raved about how great the pizza was and thanked me like I gave them a million dollars. Please don't change a thing with that pizza. It is absolutely perfect! Best wishes to the new management! In me, you have a customer for life! 😀❤️

I don’t know if they add salt onto their pizza but my family and I could barely stand eating our pizza because of how salty it was. It was okay, but definitely not for our taste. We highly recommend Mama pepinos, which is just a couple minutes away from Veltre’s. They also don’t offer pineapple, which is fine because it’s their business, but it’s the only pizza place I’ve ever come across that refuses to offer pineapple as a topping. All the employees kept touching their face masks too, while handling food and the gentlemen need hair nets that cover all their baby hairs that were sticking out and could possibly fall out. I have worked in the food industry almost a decade and know all the rules they should have been following. I’m just glad I didn’t find any hair in my pizza.

13 years or so I think and never once had a bad order. Always on point, prices aren't crazy, the pepperoni rolls are one of a kind these days with the perfectly heavy handed mozzerella cheese filling. Then to top it off, "The Big Cheese" has never lost his customer service attitude with me over all these years, and I was a little **** back in the day. This place is a gem. Try them out.

Great place to eat in or take out. Their grilled chicken salad is my favorite. The pizza is pretty delicious, too. The owner is a good guy who gives back to the community. (He donated to a local shelter I used to work at. )

The place is nice. This was my 1st time here. The pizza was good. The fries....not as good. To be honest, I prefer the Veltre's in Oakmont better. The Oakmont one may have a smaller eating area, but I think it's better.

Firstly, you will NOT find a crust exactly like veltres crust anywhere else in the city, there pizzas are made with finesse and they are particular about how they do it. They want you to have the best pie possible! Beyond that, everything I've ever eaten there was amazing! The biggest thing for me though is the family like, tight-knit closeness of the staff. They're truly remarkable!
