Domino's Pizza

When I'm in the mood for good 🍕 pizza, I go to Domino's pizza! They had my pizza ready in about 10 minutes after I ordered. It wasn't crowded, good service that had an interest in the customer's likes. Got a hand tossed pepperoni large pizza for $9! I believe one of the ingredients in Domino's pizza is garlic, so I have to make sure that after eating this pizza I am going nowhere important. The new hawaiian & meat lover's pizza is delicious as well.

Online ordering was fine. Supposed to be car side delivery. Instead someone came out to tell me I had to go in. I went in and nobody was wearing a mask. When it was my turn, he told me my pizzas weren't ready yet, even though it was already past the latest time they should be and the app said they were done. It turns out they were ready, and sitting on a shelf waiting, but the guy didn't feel like giving them to me yet. When I got back, the pizzas were cut wrong and not all the way through, and fell apart while we cut them.

I’m not one for writing a review but this one brought me a little shock and awe. I asked for red pepper while paying for my pizza and they charged my about 3 dollars for the red pepper. In my almost 30 years of living have I ever been charged for red pepper. I don’t know if the concept is to squeeze more Pennies from their customers or to look better than the McDonald of pizza places. I am never giving dominos my business again. It was a good pizza though. Not worth getting slammed with paying for red peppers.

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered for my daughter and her friends and it was supposed to be there by 7:00. They didn't show up until 8:00, it took forever to call and find out where they were. When they did show up part of the order was missing and the pizza was luke warm at best! The driver was nice & apologetic, but a phone call to update us would have been appreciated. They didn't offer to comp anything and never even said they were sorry. I will never order from them again!

I’m a server so I work in the restaurant business and one thing I know for sure is that if the food doesn’t look good I DON’T serve it to my guests. I used to constantly order pizza from here every other week for about half a year but i don’t know if they have new employees because these past two times I’ve gotten delivered BURNT pizzas. Usually a little brown or easy crisp doesn’t bother me, I know we’re all human and make mistakes but TWO TIMES BURNT PIZZA? Literally BLACK EDGES, over and under it’s all BURNT. Definitely never going back again. The driver is always nice and I tip him 18% or 20% always, he’s not the one to blame for kitchen mistakes.
