I reserve 5 star ratings for places that in my mind are truly exceptional. This Italian restaurant is one of those places, before we even finished our meal we were planning our next visit. Of the 3 dishes we ordered, all 3 were delicious. The staff is very nice and aim to please. The sauce for the pasta dishes is amazing! The kind of sauce you could sit down with a bowl of and several slices of good bread and butter and just keep dipping until your eyes roll back in your head. Great job!! This place will be one of our go to restaurants from here on out. Can't wait to come back

Great atmosphere. It felt like coming home to an Italian family that I didn't know I had. Our waitress was EXCELLENT. Our food was EXCELLENT. You could tell that so many things were made either in-house or specifically for the restaurant from local family and friends. It seems to mean that everything is restaurant quality while tasting like mom made it for dinner. It's the first prime rib that my father has not sent back to have it cooked to correct temperature. First alfredo sauce that was soooo creamy and garlicky without being a cheap cheese overload. The BEST vodka cream sauce and lobster ravioli that I've ever had. And we tried the lemon cake on a whim. Instead of being overly sweet or full of artificial lemon flavor or being dense from freezer storage, the cake was light, the filling was fresh, and I honestly could never do it justice in a review. We read on the menu that at least at one point in time, it was considered the best Italian restaurant in West Virginia. I haven't eaten everywhere in West Virginia, but it's probably the best Italian food I've ever eaten. I had to make time for this review when it popped up. From the moment I got there, the staff was *amazingly* friendly and down to earth; they were not afraid to make recommendations, and their portions are generous enough to be worth EVERY cent. If you're in town (or even close enough to pretend), I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed. A few things to know: Parking is essentially non-existent. There's maybe 8-10 spots on site. So carpool if you can. There's a little lot across the street, and they recommend parking at the dentistry a bit further down the block.

The cups are a little tall but the service is outstanding. Low lights, small restaurant and a unique menu makes this a must go to restaurant. Everything your great grandmother wants, the perfect drink to pease your grandfather and of course pasta good enough your children won't be able to say word.

Stopped here based on reviews and a spur of the moment vacation. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Food was delicious my husband ordered eggplant Parmesan and I had chicken Marsala. Both were the best we’ve ever had. Wine was delicious too. Tried the house balsamic and Italian dressing, best I’ve ever had. I bought a pint to bring home of the balsamic. Reasonably priced and fast service.

Classic Italian feel that brought me back to my days living in NJ/NY. Good home style Italian food and professional prompt service. Make a reservation and be prepared for the parking lot to be full, but even without a reservation they managed to accommodate us and we were glad they did. Lasagna with the smoked ham had a unique flavor and my wife said the special pasta was one of her favorite meals in a long time.

Very authentic and intimate local Italian place. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though it was really busy we ended up not waiting at all because we sat outside. Everything we had was excellent including the manicotti, fettuccine and eggplant parmesan. Price was right as well!

I have eaten at Italian restaurants in Chicago, New York, Miami....everywhere. This is, without a doubt, the absolute best Italian food I've ever eaten. We come to Wheeling a couple times a year just to eat here.
