Every Jimmy John could learn a thing or to from Bianeth and Martha because they are running it better then anyone!

I placed an order for delivery over the phone, paying with my credit card at 11:45 AM. I chose the Dundee Rd., Wheeling location because it is less than 2 miles from my place of business. I did not have my lunch at 12:30 so I called again. I was told that the order had just gone out with the delivery person and that I should be receiving it any minute. An hour later still no delivery so I called again. This time a different person told me that they did not even deliver to my address and after asking around, I was told that no one from that location had even taken my order. I insisted that I had indeed placed my order with this location and had also given out my credit card number. When I pressed the person on the phone about what happened to my credit card number he asked around again, and this time I was told that my credit card transaction had been voided. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the only manager available did not speak English. I wish I had read the reviews for this place before I ever placed my order. Live and learn!

No prices on the menu. $11+ for small sub w/lettuce and cheese, chips and drink. Asked for explanation of price, I "should" have asked when I ordered. Can i have my receipt for the prices? "No, its in the garbage." No one here cares one bit about customer service. No explanations, no apologies. Store is unacceptable; won't return.
