Vocelli Pizza

Don’t Order Online here anymore! We ordered online many times and recently twice The Website said Order Unsuccessful and we called our Order in over the phone and to Our Surprise the next day we Were Charged $50 bucks for the two orders that were unsuccessful. We called the store thinking it would be easy enough to sort out and well after speaking to everybody we could speak to there and over a week later we still haven’t got our money back so now we have to Dispute the charges with Visa and Find a New Pizza shop to do business with.

I usually get bad service. Once it took them four hours to deliver my pizza and it was cold and I was never compensated. Today I spoke to Mykala and she was very nice to me. She has great Customer service skills and she assisted me with finding the best price for my order and usually they don’t do that so ty Mykala for the great Customer service skills. I hope I get My pizza within an hour and that it is fresh.

Delivered and arrived hot!! There's something about their pizza sauce that gets me drooling for more. I was at Wheeling Island Casino and wasn't in the mood to leave the hotel so I decided to give them a try, they had a large 3 topping pizza special. I ordered pepperoni, jalapeños, and mushrooms, it was a delicious combination! I will order from them again.

Good pizza but really long waits. I try to give businesses a break with the ability to get employees nowadays but I see this has been going on for years. Waited two hours for our pizzas. They were still warm but barely. Two hours is just too long. Waited around forty minutes to an hour before but this is ridiculous.
