Undo's Family Resturants

We went here for the first time after hearing so many positive things about Undo’s. The service was great with an awesomely friendly server. Every person who worked here was super nice to us. We had the steak night special which is sirloin steak potato and salad. Of course their bread. The bread with melted garlic butter for dipping was unparalleled anywhere locally. Salad was fresh and crisp with a delicious house Italian dressing. The baked potato was a baked potato 🤔. The steaks were cooked perfectly. My wife loved hers as the marinade or cooking liquid was remindful of teriyaki sauce which she loves. I do not so much. So for me I could do without it. Next time I would see if I could do without it. Otherwise I’d try something else. Wing and pizza buffet Thursday. Gonna try that.

Went there for new years eve. They were out of the prime rib that they advertised. The food was overpriced for what you got. I was lied to when I asked if they used imitation crab. Our waitress was very overbearing did not even leave us alone long enough to take a bite. She solicited a large tip the entire meal. I felt very pressured to over tip her. The entire experience was one I will not repeat

Food is way over priced, not a good selection. Smell of the food was enough to turn my stomach. Buffet was a joke. Burnt fried chicken? Really? The food looked horrid. Only decent looking part of the buffet was the salad. Very limited menu, really over priced. Would have hated to see what was on the plate if you ordered from it. This is a place I will avoid from now on.

I had the prime rib. It was over cooked. Mt brother had a 3 piece combination Italian dish that was very good and my wife had an overpriced chicken salad. The service was good, though they seemed to rush us at the end. We wanted to stay and watch the game, but out waitress kept bringing our check after each round of drinks.

We had a pleasant experience at Undo's Elm Grove location. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive. Our food was accurately delivered in a timely manner. We both ordered the cheese ravioli, which was the special of the day. The special had about five or six different options. Both (marinara with meatball and marinara with peppers) were excellent. The salad had too much dressing for my liking, but I normally have little or no dressing, so that is just my preference. Most people would probably love it. The cheesy bread is fantastic.

Visited here for my son and daughter in laws' reception dinner. It offered a dining area, large bar, live music, AND an awesome and quaint private party area where we were seated. Beautifully adorned. Unbelievably delicious Italian food AND dessert. I am actually sad that I live so far far away, it being in West Virginia. Highly recommended if you are near. I PROMISE they will NOT disappoint!!

The waitress wasn't friendly, She rushed us, my wife's food was cold we ask the waitress and she said she would take care of it after she took care of the table next to us. The waitress even sat down at the table next to us and talked with those people. When she finally returned she brought our check and told us to have a nice day. When questioned her about the the cold food she said she would bring us a box, I sai forget it and we left. I will never go back to undos in elm grove again.
