Had a huge party and they took really good care of everything! Food was amazing as always and Nischay the manager there was super nice and took care of us and helped a lot! If you have any questions ask for him he’ll take care of you! Highly recommend

This is hands down the best ran Chipotle I’ve ever been too! The peeps behind the counter are SUPER fast, respectful and on top of it! NEVER shady with the portions and clear a long line of customers out like no other! Reasons my son and I skip (2) chipotle’s en route to this one on the weekly! Keep up the AMAZING work team!

We got 3 carryout dinner for the family and it's going to be great food to enjoy... We were thankful and conflicted about why a Military discount was not given for all 3 dinners... only 1 allowed. Both of us served and the 3 order was for my daughter.

I have 2 Chipotle in Downers Grove by me. But I will go the extra distance for this one. Because the rice is cooked and its not hard like the other Chipotle by me. Plus the place is very clean . I am always greeted very friendly at this one . It's the best!!!

Ordered a veggie bowl, all the ingredients tasted super fresh & delish. So far the best chipotle experience. Oh and the last but not least, the staff has a great music taste.

Similar to other chipotle locations, but it didn't seem the kitchen was paying attention to trimming the gristle out of the steak, or making sure the rice was cooked fresh, as some of the rice was very over cooked, while other parts seemed not cooked - so not sure if they mixed batches of rice, but thats what it tasted like.
Overall they had my order made quickly, but it did seem that the could pay closer attention to those details.

I was extremely impressed with the level of cleanliness and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff, especially our server: Mark! You could tell by how he took our order (which was carefully prepared to perfection), that our food would be Delicious, which it absolutely was! I just ordered 36 individual personal orders for our group to enjoy outside together without going through a buffet line for more COVID safety. The staff was WONDERFUL. I called ahead and they were very helpful to make sure our order went smoothly. Their online ordering system is perfect because you can name each individual order for clarity. Each order on the receipt had a name and a number next to it and we gave each person the right number. So organized and helpful. Would recommend this method to anyone who wants to avoid the buffet-style catering.
