Arby's

My order was all messed up. I asked for 2 cups of cheese and only received one. I ordered a number 2 double and received a single cheddar and cheese sandwich. I had to go in twice to get order corrected. The manager was very unfriendly. As I was conversating with one of the employees at the register she butted in and started barking orders to him. She was very unprofessional and wasn't concerned about my issue at all. Every time I go there they never have enough ice for the drinks. After eating half of my sandwich, the ice was completely melted in my drink so I had to request more ice. Just way to many issues for a fast food restaurant.

Casher very rude and even got mad because I asked her for a glass of ice. Like I was making her work harder she then walked off I had to yell threw window That I still needed something told another girl I need a receipt she said okay told the cashier we waited 10 min. Then the second girl came with receipt the first cashier wouldn't even cone to the window didn't get her name but she's heavy set and red hair so that shouldn't be to hard to figure out!!

It's my spot to stop for a bite in Wheatland. Right off of I25 the location makes for an easy in and out when traveling. Good restrooms indoors. Long drive thru lane and lots of space to park with RV's, boats, campers etc. Area to walk dog and stretch legs too. Covered picnic area is nice when we get a calm day!
