I’m new to the area, moved in the summer time, and this was my first time coming here. I needed a quick bite before heading towards family for the holiday, for it being Xmas Eve around 9:30am I was pleasantly surprised :) The girl who helped me was very friendly and the service was quick, spent less than 10 minutes inside even with a few people ahead of me in line! I enjoyed the Asiago bagel with cream cheese I purchased. Only reason for 4/5 stars is I felt the prices were a bit steep but I expected that as I’ve gone to other manhattan bagel locations in the past

Staff is amazing. The guy who served me said he has been there for 7 years. The have egg sandwiches, fun bagels and cream cheeses. I got a seasonal coffee cinnamon winter blend, And it was perfect to get me in that holiday spirit. They will also cater events for you, which is perfect for me as a realtor. Really nice vibe with several tables to sit and eat.

It's bagel and you can never go wrong with any :) I liked the calorie specified next to the bagel so I can be watchful on what I pick. In the end it's a bagel, and I did enjoy the bagel sandwich with veggies for my lunch. They always have seasonal specials too. Yum!

I come here about once a month for breakfast and have never had a complaint. The food is priced for what you get and it’s good food! I came this morning and ordered a bagel with their garlic and herb cream cheese, and the guy who took my order came over a few minutes later and told me they were out. He gave many sincere apologies, and came out to my car after I left to give me a chocolate chip cookie for the inconvenience. The customer service here is always amazing.

This was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised to see they offered so much more than just bagels. They had all kinds of sandwiches and muffins, breakfast foods plus eat in or out locations! Loved it. Food was great!
