Starbucks

I generally stop at this location on my way to work cause it's convience. But, unable to order any of my favorite drinks because they are always out of stock and have not seen my iced peach tea lemonade in stock in over a month. They need to get better handle of ordering there merchandise so they do not have this problem moving forward.

I’ve been a customer at this location for years. It’s the closest Starbucks to me, so I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they’re consistently inconsistent. I’ve worked as a barista, so I try to give them a chance, but when you make drinks that aren’t even what I ordered, take 20 minutes for a black, hot coffee, disregard how online orders are made, and not even know how to ask “hi, how may I help you?”, it’s discouraging. Anyway, hope this wasn’t too harsh… it’s just what I’ve witnessed for years at this location.

I don’t really do reviews but went in today and the vibe was negative, no upbeat. No one in line but the employee making an order laughing with other co worker .. they took my order so fast that they didn’t even call my name ( because they never asked ) as I sat there for 10 mins waiting on my drink ( even though it was sitting there ). No lines maybe only 3 customers in there. I’ll just stick to other Starbucks. Blaming the management not the employees

Part of my daily routine to stop by this store. The servers are always so friendly and brighten my day as they take time to personally greet me and my partner. It really feels authentic to go to a coffee shop and have the employees know you by name and make sure you’re satisfied with your order. Today, your server Em even managed to take the time and acknowledge us picking up our mobile order despite being incredibly busy with the rest of the customers packed into the store. Always happy to keep coming back for this level of service!
