Dunkin'

Just went to this dunks this morning, and ordered a side of regular bacon for my daughter. I will never understand why all of the Dunkin’ Donuts sell undercooked bacon. The picture on the left is what they served me, and my daughter was gagging and threw up from the bacon because it was undercooked. I had to cook it more for her to be able to eat it. The picture on the right is after I cooked it longer, as bacon should look when being served to people to eat. It’s not just this Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s all of them I order it from it’s always undercooked.

Easily the worst Dunkin Donuts in the game. I am blown away by the incompetence of the entire staff. Orders are incorrect 98% of the time, even on the most simple of orders. If walking in you'll wait about 10 minutes before one of the idiots talking amongst themselves in the back notice you're there. Most employees are confused by the most basic of orders and don't seem to know what is on their menu. Coffee always tastes like dirt. This place is laughable.

I came here for a frozen coffee, which is what I get at all Dunkin’s, and it was perfectly normal. It had the perfect mix between ice and cold coffee. It is so refreshing letting the small ice chips sit in your mouth before melting down your throat on a hot day. Their sandwiches here are just as good as any other Dunkin’s and I was satisfied with my service other that it taking a while. This Dunkin’ does always seem to have a very long drive thru.

Try to give this place the benefit of the doubt with each visit. Each I time order here the order gets messed up. Sometimes I’m like you know I will take this different bread choice or maybe the order was pushed through wrong, maybe the headsets are bad. When the order is incorrect about 95% of the time it’s tough to try and understand the situation there. The coffee is never fresh, tastes like mud water. Sometimes I’ll order something and instead of telling me they ran out they just don’t say anything and hope the person notices after it’s too late to turn around. This place is a dumpster fire. Some nice people in there but either there’s no communication, or the people there just really don’t care whatsoever about their job.

Until this past Thursday (August 19, 2021) I had always been happy with this locations... Then comes the bad story. I am ordering an avocado toast and a grilled cheese sandwich. Not even a long order. The Lady at the order stand understands the avocado toast but she seems not to understand the grilled cheese sandwich.. Peculiar. She asks me 5 times to speak louder as she could not hear me. Ok. I had to raise my voice volume. At that point she tells me not to yell at her ???? She also tells someone obviously behind her that I have an attitude...???? I was upset. I exited the line. Went in asked for the manager who starts making lame excuses. There I get even more annoyed. I convinced him to show he was truly sorry by calling her. I wanted an apology. I am a mature woman. I will not pass a situation where a teen will act as such. The Manager instead of telling her how inappropriate her behaviour was...he had her recite what she should have done instead. I was disgusted by the whole theater. Bye bye DD. This is also poor supervision because probably those headsets are ancient. Also...I am in corporate customer service...some 23 years of successful assistance and kind support to my own very demanding clients. The age is no excuse. This is a total screw up. I was so embarassed. I will never stop at any DD because I really felt patronized and dismissed. That is their culture and they can keep it.They care zero...one less in line. Thanks. Very very nice.
