Wrong phone number. Being able to, or in this case NOT able to contact the restaurant is in direct relation to the quality of service. The phone number, website, even the owner's replies to reviews is a real extension of the establishment itself. Maybe they should worry more about chicken than my silly reviews. Once the issue is corrected by the owner aka they learn how Google and other sites work to update their phone number, then I can appropriately change my rating.
