Pizza Master

My fellow co-workers and myself ordered lunch here for the second time. First time one of the co-workers got the wrong sandwich so they had to bring the right one. Second time one order was for fried chicken and French fries. Received burnt chicken strips?!?! Another order was the chicken, provolone BLT grinder with no LT. Got Bacon Bits and chicken bits and American Cheese?!?! No mayo, no provolone! Another order was for chicken wings, they were over cooked/burnt crispy & stringy wings and no sauces or celery which was ordered. A call was placed to complain about the order which took over an hour and quality of food. Was told just "sorry" Needless to say our company won't be ordering lunch here anymore.

We've ordered from every pizza place in Wethersfield. Two of the town favorites are way over priced, others have better prices and their all "good" but Fratelli's, which is where Pizza Master used to be, has THE BEST PIZZA around IMO. Nice thin but chewy crust, an excellent sauce and a generous amount of toppings, Their prices are very good, delivery is quick even though they say 45mins, I've never waited that long. And the people who answer the phone are actually courteous instead of acting annoyed that you're bothering them. It's the only place we order pizza from now. If you like thin crust and haven't tried them you owe it to your self to try it!

Just tried Fratelli’s for the first time and have found our new favorite pizza place! We tried a cheese & pepperoni pizza, the Fratelli salad, a chicken cutlet grinder and their meatballs and everything was phenomenal. So glad we finally had a chance to try Fratelli’s and can’t wait for our next order!
