Red Lobster

I hate to write bad reviews, but the waitress in these photos was the worst waitress ever. We had to wait for her while she face-timed her boyfriend. She had earbuds in and was talking to her boyfriend the entire 2 hours I sat at her bar. I watched her neglect her service to many and we had to ask her to take our order. It's hard to find staff today but I would rather wait forever than be served by someone like this waitress. Other staff kept coming along and taking care of us. We tipped them well. The manager was awesome and explained how bodies are important right now and we understood. It's hard to keep staff right now but I would fire this waitress and home a snail 🐌 was looking for a job. A snail would be a better waitress. When she spoke it was painful and obvious she hated her job. Rude isn't a strong enough word for her. The food was really good but every time she came by I felt sick from the discomfort when she rolled her eyes after talking to us. I strongly suggest eating here but if you see the awful waitress tell the manager you want a different server. I never take comp cards but after this abuse, we accepted the comp gift cards. I left feeling like I was a victim of a robbery even though I got comped. After all this server abuse we still had to pay for our meal. If you look at my reviews I never leave a negative like this. This waitress made this my first and well worth it. Red Lobster, Fire her. Let the other amazing staff take care of your great patrons. Thank you, Derek.

Love RL, but I don't know what happened at this particular location. I was looking at the menu and I saw the Mariner's Feast, which I immediately ordered, but what was shown on the menu picture, wasn't what I was given. The salmon and scallops were great, but the shrimps were not that great. Wife had a lobster pizza which she was thrilled

The serve was great the drinks was kinda of water down tasted more juice then alcohol. My Cod fish and fries was good, my daughter Mac and cheese wasn't that good she didn't eat it at all. My other daughter had the bar harbor seafood boil and her noodles wasnt tastey at all. But over all everyone else enjoy their meals. They even brought out sundaes and sung happy birthday to my baby girl.
