What can I say that hasn’t already been said? A Boston institution: best coffee in town, plus a nice app that makes it easy to order ahead and skip the line.

Very rarely mess up my order, has only happened once or twice in two years. Even with specific things like no cheese they make sure. The times they did I got a replacement at no charge.

I ordered 4 donuts, only got 3. The donuts were supposed to be strawberry frosted, i got just a chocolate donut with no frosting. coffee didnt have creamer or swirl in it. these guys obviously dont care about customers

Took 4 staff and 5 minutes of deliberation to decide if I could use their bathroom after spending 20 dollars. Given washing ones hands is fairly important seems a bit lazy to close it off rather than keeping it clean.

I have a particularly strange order for every morning. The cashier is the friendliest employee there. When I went to pick up my drink the employees were talking trash about my order and how disgusting it was. Even though I was still clearly there getting a straw, they still continued to talk about me as if I wasn’t there. I left immediately and hasn’t been back since.

I would give it 0 stars but that’s not possible. We went in the morning to get drinks and we looked at the menu and the woman working there was staring us down and she was talking to us so rudely her name was Hannah and she called us stupid and annoying I don’t recommend going to this dunkin in the morning or at the end of the day they are super rude and they give death stares the entire time your there
