Dunkin'

Really bad! I am not gonna come here anymore. Can they help with finish order first? Since I start to order, they never stop chatting each other and I have to wait for it , even in the middle of order, she still can not stop! Also just because of I ordered six hash browns, they kept laughing at this!!!!!! Is that funny??? what ****!!!

I was really pleased with the customer service here, yesterday, Sunday, June 20th at around 5PM. I desperately wanted an iced tea, but they were out because it was such a hot day. I got a reassurance that tea was brewing. I ordered an iced coffee which was wonderful and last me through this morning. Delicious. You may have an iced coffee fan for life. I appreciate the exceptional customer service, and really wanted to post a positive review. A Dunkin that is very much on their toes, even on a hot Sunday afternoon in late June.

I love dunks, but the drive thru associates are never welcoming. They always seem to be in a horrible mood are not friendly and do not say anything no matter what. I thought it was just this one associate but its 3 or 4 of them now that I've gotten the same treatment . A smile, hello, how are you or even a thank you have a nice day would make a huge difference.

Worst Dunkin experience i have ever had. Lady was rude and didn't answer our question about the different coffees. There was a sign in the door for a $2 coffee after 2pm and and it was indeed after 2pm, but said it didn't start till Monday. TODAY IS MONDAY! We got donuts and she put them upside down! Never again will i be going to this dunkin.

Very rude service! I was getting coffee by using drive-through and it was no trash so I would be able to drop an empty "Dunkin Donuts" cup. So, I asked at the window to take it. They told me they are not allowed! When I explained that there was no trash in a drive-through they told me that they are tired to empty it out ... and in a rude manner that there is one at the front of the building. Isn't it defeats the purpose of the drive-through if I have to get out of my car to throw out an empty cup?
