4/23/2022 Drive thru Rude order taker! Order processor got order wrong! Order "cook" burnt the chicken! All the bread from 5 sandwiches was hard! Ordered a reg roast beef, got a "stale bread, beef and cheddar with about 4 slices of meat"! And the workers want $15 an hour or more! Close the store would be simpler! Update May 1st I filled out the form on the 24th and as of today still no response back from Arbys. just more prove they do not care about the customers and any feedback..

Lesson learned - Always check your sandwiches before you leave the location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered six of the same sandwich, the person taking my order laughed. When I pulled up to pay, I said, "I heard you laugh. Do you have enough of the ingredients to make the six sandwiches?" She, the manager replied, "Yes, we just had to more portions." What she really meant was, we had to see how we could try to make you believe that you have received the proper portion for each sandwich. Look at the photos - barely enough meat for half of the sandwich 😡 They barely apologized when I called to complain and when I went back the next day for a refund. Talk about customer service

Absolutely awful...I waited more than 10 minutes w/only 1 customer in front of me & paid over $11 for a single meal. This is what I got, a smashed wrap & the wrong drink. Spare yourself & head to Sonic or Wendy's right next door. Last time I ever stop at any Arby's. UPDATE: Links posted by Arby's don't work. Shocker.

I gave 4 stars based on the food, not on the service. I walked in the door at 6:09 and had my order taken at 6:24, I was there only one in line. The staff walked past me so many times without acknowledging me. I understand that they are s short staffed but their total focus is drive thru. I would suggest to close down the dining room if they only want to focus on the drive thru
