The food was outstanding and the service was amazing. And I have never had such delicious dessert!! I tried my mom's, sister's and daughter's and they were all scrumptious. I could go just for that. Highly recommended!!
A dozen shucker's choice oysters, stuffed Porterhouse steak, medium rare - stuffing was a gargantuan crab cake covered with an imperial sauce; a warmed-up chocolate mousse cake, with a dip of vanilla deliciousness! Pictures tell a thousands words and secretions of the saliva glands! By the way, the deep fried cauliflower as an appetizer is the BEAST of the BOMB! The servers, we had two, eight of us having dinner, were phenomenal!
This locally-owned restaurant stays busy for a reason! Our party of 2 dined at Rocksalt on Tuesday evening for the first time since the pandemic. We were impressed with the first-class service we received from Keke, our server, with her bubbly personality, great recommendations, & attentiveness. We will definitely request her on our next visit! The restaurant ambiance is inviting & very clean. The food was absolutely delicious & plentiful! It was hard to narrow down our meal choices with all of the appealing items on the menu. We had the special of seafood imperial with mashed potatoes & brussel sprouts, watermelon & feta salad, shuckers choice raw oysters, & fried green tomatoes. I ordered a strawberry mojito which consisted of fresh ingredients & perfectly made. All of the staff were so friendly and the manager, Tony, came over several times to check on our satisfaction & make conversation, which speaks volumes for the restaurant management. We can't wait to return & highly recommend dining at Rocksalt!
