Dunkin'

Ordered an iced vanilla latte w/ almond milk. They didn't do vanilla but the sticker and receipt said almond milk and I'm not picky so it was whatever, until I got home and realized it was reg milk too. Writing this from the toilet. I didn't ask for almond because I'm pretentious, but lactose intolerant. 2 stars only bc they've been fine a few times before.

The doughnuts are fresh and the frozen coffee ☕ are the best in flavor and size. I especially am fond of the flavor for this season it is pumpkin spice and it is just the right amount. The store is open early which is perfect since I work overnight and can get my coffee and pastries on the way home from a hard night of work. The staff is courteous and friendly even at 5:30 am.

I love Dunkins but these guys make it hard. They constantly get my order wrong and then remake and it is still wrong. I get iced coffee with a flavor swirl and they give me a hot coffee or something super light which obviously has cream. I think it is the on the go ordering service it throws them for a loop every time, they ask for money when it is prepay, don't give me part of order it is actually stressful to get my order(it isn't complicated) I believe it has to either be training or management because there are new people about every few weeks. I really want them to survive because I love Dunkins but these guys make it difficult to come back! Please do something management, before it is too late!!!
