Chick-fil-a

Usually Chick-fil-A has great service, but as someone who does door Dash deliveries on a regular basis, I have never needed to wait longer at certain restaurants then at this location. Do you usually need to go in and find someone in order to help you even though there are signs that say “third-party delivery or pick up “please wait in your vehicle. I’ll need to have no one come out and when they do they usually don’t have an answer for you as to where your order is or how long it will be until it gets ready. Very disappointing

We absolutely LOVE eating here, but this location has its problems. They do have the option to order ahead and have your food brought to your car so you don’t have to sit through the drive-thru, and sometimes this is very convenient, but other times it takes longer to get our food this way than it would to just go through the line, and that defeats the purpose. Staff has always been friendly enough but every time we get our fries, they are only half full. The fries are probably my favorite part of the meal and since this is on the more expensive end of fast food I’m a little disappointed that we get shorted every time. We also ordered a frosted lemonade once and by the time our food got to us, it was halfway melted. We know they’re very busy and respect that things won’t be perfect, but fixing those things would make the experience here even better. We’ll keep coming back because we love the food, but just wish that we would get the full value of our order.

Stopped by here today and I was impressed with their operation. They had people out directing cars where to go. People walking down the line of cars to take orders and different people walking down the line to take payments. By the time I got around the corner the person was handing me my food. It was a very smooth flowing operation to get my lunch. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly. I could tell the order was made fresh as I burned the top of my mouth on the hot chicken sandwich :-).

We had a few bad experiences since this location opened and I never called or complained but today I just had it and callled the location and spoke with Mellisa she was very sweet and understanding and offered a refund me not wanting to drive back I asked her if she can just send me a coupon. She took down our address and let me know she would put the coupons in the mail. Well about an hour later we get a ring at our door and its Mellisa from Chick-fil-A hand delivering our coupons along with a sweet apology card and warm cookies!!!!I'm just in shock and didn't even know what to say!I have never experienced such a thing!She made our day and bad experience today so much better and made my family and me feel special!Thanks for turning our bad experience into a great one!Thank you Mellisa!We will definitely be back!
