Smashburger

We ordered our food online and it said it would be ready at 2 PM, we arrived exactly on time and our food was ready! The restaurant was pretty empty (on a Sunday) but very clean. The staff was friendly and our food was extremely good. I’m only giving them 4 stars for two reasons.....First, my burger was so messy that stuff was dripping out of the package onto me and I could barely eat the burger without it going everywhere (picture below). I think I used at least 10 napkins. The other reason is because when the cashier handed us our cups, she had her fingers inside of them instead of on the outside, like you would expect someone in a restaurant to hand you them to you. Ugh gross!

Do not go to this Smash Burger!!!! They do not get orders correct and when asked to remedy the mistake. There answer is "SOL"!!!! This is so sad because I was just trying to support them through this COVID crisis...but obviously, they do not care about the customer. Save ur money....and give to another establishment more deserving.
