Mcdonald's

Follow up to my last comment: I went there again yesterday and the same awful customer service from the guy taking the money. I only go here cause it is close to my work but I am going to try and not go here for a while in the hopes that things get fixed. This place is hit or miss for service. Today I went through the drive thru. I was one car behind the guy taking money and their system broke or something. I was there for 10 minutes before I decided to leave and not pay for anything. Why don't they hire people that know how to take orders and money? They're making $12 an hour. What a joke. Please someone fire these people and get a crew in there that works. Cause this sucks.

Haven't been going to McDonald's lately because of the poor customer service overall, but I was hungry it was close to work so I gave it another shot. the young man working the drive-thru is very professional, haven't had much of that lately with other McDonald's, and my food was hot and fresh. I live in Littleton and won't go to the McDonald's down there. But when I'm in the area I will stop by here on 74th. Thank you for the great service guys have a great day and keep it up.

order taker could not get our order right after 4 times repeating it in slow detail..had to repeat it 3 more times at the pay window to him. and again 3 times at pick up window when they neglected to give us our drinks and then tried to hand me three orders that were not mine.. about a dozen people crowded around the pick up window and they still couldn't get it right even the manager. so they didn't hand us our drinks and asked us to pull forward to wait while they figured out their screw up.. finally a very sweet young man brought out the correct food after thanking him I said.. where are our drinks ?and he said.. you didn't get your drinks? I said no sir .. he went back in to get us our drinks, came back said well they said that you only ordered these two drinks you don't get anymore.. I said that is correct I only ordered two drinks, but they did not give them to us yet ..so he went back in..then the manager had to come out to confirm that we didn't get our drinks yet and went back in to get them.. and then brought us the wrong drinks.. 😳 believe me I will never go to that McDonald's again.. what a cluster f**k that place is..
