Food was amazing and the service was great. I ordered the crawfish boil and it was so good. The menu was very diverse and has something to offer for anybody. I would highly recommend.

Phò Kimmie was soo AMAZING, we ❤️🔥LOVED it!! My grandson order the rice paper wraps & DEVOURED them quickly! We also ordered fried dumplings which were deliciously crispy. Then came the Beef wrapped in betel leaf... All we can say is WOW!!! The seared beef were wrapped in a caramelized betel leaf, (which I've never had before) on a bed of very delicate not to mention intricately tied bed of rice vermicelli. Above those were romaine lettuce leaves, which is where the chef placed our pickled vegetables & cucumber next to the delicious mint & some other tasty & beautiful leafy frondes. All in all it was one of the best lunches we've had in ages!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Phò Kimmie! 💓💓A+A+

Beautiful,cheap, and filling.
The food was delicious, I had the rare steak pho. I only waited about 7 minutes, quite fast,specially for me being one of the first customers.
The place was spotless. I love the red and black theme, even the duck spoons where red and black. Quite charming, almost fancy.

I was so excited for all the dishes on the menu and wanted to order almost everything. However, it was a disappointment. The avocado smoothie was running and tasted nothing like avocado. The goat hotpot was bland and flavorless. The only decent dish was the house special snails.

The restaurant it self is very clean .
The shrimp is delicious spicy and sweat at the same time its something similar to boiling shrimp.
The PHo is a good size and very tasty. The service is good. They did come around to check on our table a couple of times . The cost is average.
Good place to try out if your in the neighborhood.

The food was about what I've come to expect from pho restaurants in the Westminster area; fast, cheap, and delicious. Pho Kimmie doesn't disappoint with it's sizes, options, and delicious broth. The spicy broth is aptly named but seems to rely more on spice than adding any extra depth.

Best pho place I've been to! The owners are very nice and welcoming, the pho is reasonably priced and delicious, they have really good crayfish, shrimp, and other seafood they make Cajun styled - definitely try the house seasoning! 10/10 would recommend!
