Chick-fil-a

Last two times we have gone to this store, they have forgotten our cookie. I understand mistakes happen, however, it is the cookie every single time. Some times it is forgotten because the people writing up you order are only listening for keywords and miss that I said cookie and a yogurt not a cookie yogurt and others they get the order right but don't put it in the bag. When I went in this time for the cookie all the managers disappeared, I don't care that they walked away but the employees could have asked what I needed instead of telling everyone I needed a manager. Before you ask, no it was not a high volume time, lunch rush had passed 2 hours ago and we were still a few hours from dinner rush. Also what am I going to do with 3 sauces for 16 nuggets and 2 large fries?

Of all the chick fil a’s I’ve been to this one has the worst customer service. The employees genuinely seem unhappy to be working there which makes sense working under their manager and GM. It’s a 50-50 gamble as to whether your order will be correct as well but that issue can be corrected.. their bad customer service can’t. It is definitely not their pleasure.

Thanks to the closing crew on Thursday, June 23 at this fine establishment. With customary smiles and courtesy you honored our mobile order when we peeled in/"signed in" (completing our mobile order) to the drive-thru..possibly seconds before ten. Our drive back from Gettysburg was a bit circuitousfor. Thank you for putting the finishing touch on a great day. You more than upheld the Chik fil a service standard. The C & C milkshakes were perfect.
