Got in line at 11:39pm knowing they close at 12. 7 cars in front of us we are like ok I mean it can’t take more than 60-90 seconds per order start to finish (well it shouldn’t). First car was at the order window for SEVEN minutes. Next car, 4. Finally we are next in line and it’s 11:59. I called several times and let it ring 20 times each and no answer. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t sitting in a line for 20 min only to be turned away bc it’s going to be past 12 when we order. So this just happened. We got to the order thing at 1159. They turn the lights off and came over the speaker and said sorry we’re closed. I said ma’am we’ve been in line since 1139 and she did not respond I said ma’am!! several times still no answer but I know she heard me because when we pulled up, the car behind us went to order sndd she told them they were closed. So why on earth did she ignore me?? I just wasted 15 min driving there, 20 min in line only to be turned away??? My teen was starving after his double header. And Ong I’m fuming. Unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food. Maybe come out and monitor who is in the line and how long you’re friggin taking per order and put a cone up so no cars behind a certain car can get I. Line. Absolutely unacceptable

Stopped at Wendy’s on Crocker and Detroit today after work. Ordered Baconator, fries, med Diet CokeI and chili, it cost 17.75 . First they did not give me the chili then when I got home instead of a Baconator I get a chicken sandwich. This is the second time in the last month or so that either they forget to give me all my food or give the wrong order. If you go there make sure your Oder is all there before you leave.
