I've ordered from this place a few times through doordash food always excellent today I decided to actually go to the store itself and dine in.I ordered fried rice orange chicken egg rolls and cucumber salad not shown in picture because when I got it I tasted it - it tasted strange as I was looking through it I saw that the skin on the cucumbers had some black mold looking thing growing on it I told the server he took it back offer me another cucumber salad which at this point I said no because there's no way I was eating it. Did not offer to refund me the cost of the cucumber salad or anything. Other than that the food is great just not so much the attention to details.

Yet another fail in Westlake Village. Really wanted to like this place. It's owned by cheesecake factory so you would expect the best. The good: Outside seating is lovely Orange chicken was good. Not as good as CF but okay in a pinch. Manager who took our order was very pleasant and customer friendly. The bad: Kung Pao. 90% vegetables and struggling to find chicken. Attitude of one staff member that made up my mind to not return. We were waiting for the orange chicken... after 10 minutes I went I inside to check on it. One staff member was standing at the till so I asked her how much longer for the food. (There was a handful of people sitting outside and NO-ONE inside) and this girl didn't even look up and dismissively said "it takes 10 to 15 mins..." When I asked her to please check, she was RUDE, rolled her eyes and stomped 2 ft away to another lady, made obvious gestures towards me then slothed back and mumbled "coming out soon". No smile, no customer service, no respect. Again surprising since cheesecake factory has excellent staff. Youve got a great location with a ton of competition- train your staff or at least hire people that want to work!

Food is delicious, the service was friendly, and the Vietnamese coffee- frozen custard Amazing! I've read reviews and complaints about this place that I don't understand. This is not typical Thai food it's East Asian influenced food, people are complaining that's it's not like mom and pop shop Thai food, but they're not claiming to be mom and pop Thai food. They're great for take out and carryout it gets busy at lunch time for that reason, but other than that I've always been able to find a seat.

This is a great Asian fusion with dishes from Thailand, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese. We had ordered Dan Dan noodles, Drunken noodles, Pork dish with rice, and Short Ribs with rice. For dessert, we had the Vietnamese coffee soft serve and Corn flakes soft serve. The dishes were delicious although I thought that there was only a few pieces of meat in the short ribs dish. The Dan Dan noodles was tasty but was a bit much on the sweet side. Update: We had the drunken noodles and the chicken super green bowl. Delicious!!

Well, if I had reviewed this place right after I came here for the 1st time several weeks ago I would have rated it higher. That time everything seemed perfect, the rice was fluffy & perfectly cooked, the chicken sate juicy & tender. It was kind of wow because I had resisted coming here because the menu seem very generic & limited based upon Thai cuisine and there are a lot of good Thai restaurants in the area. I've eaten here twice since that 1st time and I'm sad to discover the inconsistency in service & food prep quality because I thought this might be a place that could become one of my regulars. Today the rice was undercooked to the point of feeling the raw rice kernels crunch in your teeth. And the chicken was rather dried out. The last time I was here several days ago, I got embroiled in a service nightmare. I ordered a salad w/o onions. It came with onions so I sent it back. No problem. Well, the salad never came so I went to the counter and told them, so supposedly they took care of it. Went back to eat my meal. Still the salad never came. Ate my entire meal and waited some more. No salad. So I had to leave. Nabbed a waiter & asked for a refund on my salad. She resisted & informed me that the salad was ready. She went looking, no salad. I said just give me a refund. "Well, I have to talk to my manager". She goes away and never comes back. Finally I nab her again & tell her to keep my $7 but I'm never eating here again. She goes off again and has a long conversation with another person. Apparently about the salad. But still no one comes back to deal with me. I finally get the 2nd waiter & I get some long unbelievable explanation about the salad. (I mean, c'mon, you had 3 chances to get this right & still no salad). To her credit, she did refund my entire meal but even that didn't make up for the hassle. Maybe that whole thing was a one time fluke but probably not. The inconsistency of the food quality, though, I think is a more unforgivable thing. And so disappointing since it was so good the 1st time.
