Dunkin'

91 degrees today. Stopped by to ask for a cup of ice water and was told no and that they could not sell a cup of water to me. I explained that one was for my yorkipoodle and the young lady said “oh well sorry I can’t sell you any ice water” and directed me to get the bottled water from the store. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS BEFORE AND I HAVE WATCHED OTHERS BE ABLE TO REQUEST ICE WATER. I worked at DD before and this was something we did often especially on hot days. No worries, Thanks to Panera Bread in Westford, I was able to get my dog some iced water. The AC can only do so much.

Very rude worker there today at 5:30. He actually threw the bag with my donut in it at me. Was rolling his eyes the moment I walked in. I just thought because a couple other people came in behind me. Only ordered 2 iced coffees and a donut not a hard order. I tipped him anyways in hopes he would be nice to the next customer nope same rotten attitude. Perhaps he needs to find another line of work as working with the public is definately not his forte. On a good note my coffee good. Just horrible service.

Went in there for breakfast this morning ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a hash brown. Hop on the highway on my way to work open up the everything bagel and noticed a little to none cream cheese. My two-year-old nose to put more cream cheese on a bagel. A little farther down the road bite into one of my hash browns and they're still frozen this Dunkin sucks

Standard fare Massachusetts coffee. Everything always tastes somewhat water down or lacking in flavor. What they lacking flavor they make up for with sugar. If only there were Tim Hortons nearby to give them some much-needed competition. Dunkin's takes advantage of the fact that they have a Monopoly on to go coffee and lines their profit margin with low quality products and underpaid staff.
