Bixbite Restaurant

The food was GREAT! The best omelette I have ever had. I highly recommend the 4x4x4. My wife loved her chocolate chip pancakes with turkey sausage. Our server was Misty and she was very nice. My wife asked her for some water and she stopped what she was doing and went to grab her some. You don't see that happen all the time. This is our new favorite breakfast place.

A nice little gem in an area of chain restaurants. I love local and this is a great place to bring your family. We went on a busy Mothers day so service was slower than normal I'm sure. The servers were very nice and having a bar to serve Mimosas and Bloody Marys while you wait for your brunch certainly helps. Haven't had dinner there yet but we will be there soon!

The place is spotless. Super clean. The breakfast is so good. Consistently. Every single time. The eggs and vegetables are always so fresh. Carl makes THE best omelette (my fav: ham, cheese, spinach, & egg white). He’s a wizard. The servers are so prompt and so attentive. They remember every face. Such a fun and familiar environment.

Full disclosure, we went there after a workout, and I was very hype to eat breakfast, but even so this hit the spot. The owner is the chef and they have a decent menu with breakfast cocktails. Unfortunately, this was during a "no meat, no alcohol, no coffee" month, but I'm looking forward to going back when that's over. What impressed me the most was how nicely the mushrooms and spinach were cooked. I got their Florentine Eggs Benedict and asked for mushrooms in there somehow, and even though the food came out in like 5 minutes, they had the flavor of mushrooms that had been cooked until all the liquid comes out and is then reabsorbed in that delicious way mushrooms like to do. The spinach wasn't slimy or overcooked, most people cook spinach like they're taking revenge on it for having had to eat it in their childhood. Their staff is also very friendly and fun to talk to. Someone left and forgot their phone, and a member of the wait staff called after them. It felt like a "local" place, but with a lot of thought and polish into making it feel welcoming. I look forward to bringing my friends here!

Did a Google search to find a place for breakfast when passing though the area. So happy we found BixBite!!! It was delicious, fresh veggies in my omlet, my husband had eggs over easy, which he said were done perfectly. The oven roasted potatoes were seasoned and oh so good. The servers were great and it was very clean.
