By far the slowest service of any Dunks around. I'm kind of stuck going there because it's the only one on my route to work, so I've unfortunately visited there dozens and dozens of times over the years. Same thing every time. Have to wait forever for your food or coffee. Even if I order ahead on the app 10 minutes before arriving, they still don't have my order ready when I show up. And they don't seem to care and don't even acknowledge you when you're standing around waiting for your food or coffee.

The cashier didn't know what a hot coffee light and sweet was,got an ice coffee first,then the cashier didn't know how to get change back from a 20.00,then my breakfast sandwich had ice cold eggs on it.

Got iced coffee which they didn't make like I asked but corrected it. Older lady was fawning over a guy got him special doughnut & he was clearly embarrassed I stated well u get special treatment he said here try it too lol

The absolutely worst dunkin I have ever been in. The cashier was so rude I made my family go outside. They messed up the order so we asked to have it fixed and ahe said she don't have anymore so we would have to take it!. We asked for a refund. Made a nasty look and said NO MY MANAGER ISN'T HERE. So very rude. I am soooo pist. Never had I wanted to smack someone.

I went there recently and see that the mask opinion is very poor. The lady behind the counter would consistently drop the mask below her nose and instead of helping new customers, would socialize with two customers who were not wearing masks despite it being posted as a requirement.
While I like Dunkin’ normally I don’t want to return to this location without better mask management, something we won’t see empirical proof from until this is over.
Also my food was cold in the center.
I do not recommend this location.

I didn't want to say anything to them at the time, but when I got back to the car I really did not feel comfortable drinking my coffee after watching a maskless customer stand over it talking to the lady who worked there. I really wish I asked them to remake it.
Very upset that the people who work at this establishment served this man. He wasn't only not wearing a mask but was VERY talkative spreading his germs even more.
This is a time where we all need to be working together to manage this pandemic. It's REALLY not that hard to put a mask on for the safety and comfort of others. NO SHIRT NO SHOES NO MASK NO SERVICE. Very disappointed.
This location is generally very friendly and good service and I'm more upset with the customer than the establishment. So I don't know if its fair to take it out on them with a bad review, but its their responsibility to ask them to leave or put on a mask for the safety of everyone else. Especially the person whose coffee this man is breathing on.
