I wanted something quick for dinner and ended up trying this spot. I called in my order of the buttermilk chicken sandwich. When I arrived I parked nearby. I walked in and the place was small and cozy with indoor and outdoor dining. The young lady asked my name and I told her. My food was ready, I paid a little over $9 and left out. When I got home I dug in. They gave me 2 free chocolate chip cookies which was nice. They put the coleslaw on the side so I added it before tasting it. When I tried the sandwich I liked it. The only thing was the coleslaw was a little too sweet. The sandwich itself was filling and the bread was soft. I had a good experience and would return.

Wish I could give it more than 5 stars. We've driven past it for years, thinking it was such an odd place for a restaurant. Our only regret is that we didn't try it sooner! I feel like we've tried half the menu at this point and have never been disappointed. This is one of the only takeout places we've experienced during the pandemic that gives neat, beautifully packaged, and large meals (which is a pleasant surprise compared to some cold, sloppy takeout from our favorite dine-in restaurants). Both the Tex-Mex and the deli/bistro style items are delicious. Love the mix of options! And thank you for using paper takeout products!
