Dunkin'

The morning crew is generally some of the best in town. Afternoons are hit-or-miss; mostly miss because of no supervision. As with most fast food places, drive thru takes priority and walk ins are second class customers. The store is very clean, the donuts fresh and the coffee is consistently good. This seems like Westfield's flagship store and it shows.

I don't like coffee at all but i love their donuts or their frozen strawberry drink. So i would say what it is called but i'm not sure how to spell it lol. They have some interesting food that i plan on trying since i just started working there. I find it an amazing work environment. Also it would be 5 stars if everyone wore there mask about the nose.

The manager is very rude and never wearing gloves. If they dont personally know you they dont care. I walked in and stood at the counter while every employee walked right by including the manager who gave me a dirty look. I had to say EXCUSE ME, to get someone to even acknowledge me. I've never had an experience like this at any other location so it's a little upsetting. I don't know why some people get customer service jobs then treat people this way. Find a job where you don't have to deal with the public if it's that hard for you.
