Dunkin'

Went here with my friend at 11:45 am today. No customers in back of me. Went through drive thru and the girl at the drive thru refused to allow me to order two items and my friend to order one item on two separate bills. She said she "doesn't do two orders in the drive thru." Nice way to treat customers.

I had blessed experience at this place today. The place itself always clean and makes you feel like you came home. The head worker Missy always with a smile on her face, makes the best coffee in town hands down. Almost forgot about new receptionist Anna. She is kind and polite like the rest of the workers . Thank you guys for being so nice to your customers. 🍩 ☕️

Used to be my favorite Dunkin’ until the service declined and they got slower. To try to remedy this I started ordering through the dunkin app to be able to just pick up my order when I get there and I’ve tried ordering hot food and I've also tried just ordering a simple muffin and no matter how much time I wait to actually pick up my order, when I get there only 10% of the time do they have my food ready. Every time I've ordered a muffin in an attempt to save time on my order I’ve had to ask someone behind the counter to get my muffin since I cant wait any longer for someone to notice me waiting. There were also several times that I’d overhear employees tell others that they need to be doing something so that could play into why my simple online orders take so long. This dunkin really used to be much faster and the people were so nice not sure what happened
