The staff here is always amazing. My coffee is always right and made fast, even with a long line. I won't go anywhere else!

Always happy with my orders and the staff is always so kind to me. Some of them I’ve gotten to have chats with while at the drive through window & they’re just super kind & always want to ensure I’m happy with my order especially if I’m trying something new. They’re my favorite coffee place in town.

Starbucks cake pop was the one thing I craved, I desired from the Starbucks location. Unfortunately they could not provide. Sufficed to say, I will not be going to a Starbucks for quite a while.

Best starbucks in western mass in my opinion. I'm never disappointed and the staff are wonderful. If you want a coffee, latte or breakfast sandwich the way you like it, doesn't taste freezer burned and consistent each time than this is your place.
