I have been here twice. The first time we did not get to eat because the server forgot we existed and we sat there for over an hour waiting for food. By that point our order still wasn’t in so we left and got pizza instead. We somehow got ahold of the owner and he was awesome. He made things right and bought our meal the second go round. We got a few different rolls that were great and free drinks. They have a really cozy atmosphere outside perfect for the summer. I absolutely recommend Chiba. We will be back!

The venue is very unique with several seating options. The menu has a solid variety of Japanese and Hawaiian inspired selections. Had a couple specialty rolls and a couple standard rolls. The Poke nachos were spectacular. Very high quality seafood. Met the owner, Keith, on our visit. Great guy! Very enthusiastic and takes pride in the restaurant! Definitely going back!

My friend was in town and she and I came here for lunch. We were not disappointed! Great atmosphere, great food and impeccable service! The owner, Keith was so friendly and welcoming! We had the poke nachos, oyster shooter, tempura pumpkin bread pudding, salmon sashimi, salmon nigiri, yellowtail sashimi, the aloha roll and the satsuma strawberry roll. Everything was delicious, fresh and very well made. We both love sushi and this is among some of the best we’ve ever had! We will definitely be back!

Luckily for us locals in a town full of fast food we have some restaurants like this. Great sushi, Owner is usually there and really cares about quality and making strong drinks. Highly recommend. Never had bad experience here.

Great outdoor atmosphere with live music during the weekend. We decided to try a bit of everything and thoroughly enjoyed the steam bun appetizer, soba noodles soup, tempura platter and fresh made sushi! Highly recommend this casual spot for high quality Hawaiian and Japanese inspired fare for an outstanding dining experience!

First time here and came with 2 grandsons. Had good reviews so thought we'd give it a shot. Called and asked about a reservation but was told they don't take them. Surprise we had to wait awhile while they scrambled to find a sit for us as people came in WITH RESERVATIONS. Jessica was our waitress and very nice, she had good suggestions and checked in frequently. Food was great all sushi very well done and tasty. I'd recommend it but make a reservation is a good idea.

We loved the Nachos! Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. My daughter is usually a picky eater and loved the Chicken Teriyaki. The owner's were so friendly and worked hard at making sure we enjoyed our visit. What a find in our lucky little town.

This place is SO good! It's kind of ridiculous how good this place is. It actually makes me feel bad for anyone who doesn't eat here. Their sushi rolls are very unique, and all of them have been delicious. Signature cocktails are good too... And not weak! I highly recommend the tuna poke nachos! And literally any roll that looks good to you. They're all amazing! Oh, and do yourself a favor and get some of the bread pudding too! Yum!

This is probably one of my favorite places to go to in Westfield! The owners are super friendly and active in their business. I love that they make you feel so welcome. We have been here so many times from the middle of the winter during a snow storm to sitting in the out buildings or outside during the summer. They have fabulous sushi choices and Nicole has encouraged me to try things I wouldn't normally try and I have loved them! Service has always been great. I highly suggest using open table for reservations on busy nights! Delicious cocktails too! Live music on select nights. I can't say anything bad about this place!!!

Such a great night and wonderful location to celebrate our anniversary! Our server, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful offering suggestions when we made our selections. The food was delicious and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The restaurant is charming! We sat in the back area of the restaurant by the live music. The musician was very talented and we thoroughly enjoyed his play list. It was a beautiful evening to sit outside. The live music added to the relaxing atmosphere and provided a unique element to the entire environment. But the highlight was definitely the sushi! Chiba has quickly made its way to the top of our "favorites" list!
