Popped in at 10:45 and paid at midnight. Outside of them being slow- it was a good experience. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly. They weren't super busy and a few folks walked out because it was taking a while, but honestly it was a good experience. Our waiter and the gentleman seating us were both very kind. The music was really good, so we could enjoy good conversation and great music while waiting. The men in my party of 3 both said the mens restroom was kinda gross. I ordered the 55 breakfast sampler and everything was in point. The hubs got the appetizer sampler and took some home. My son wanted chicken tenders and fries - scarfed them down before the plate had time to cook. If we had been in a hurry it wouldn't have worked but we had time.

Where do I start? No syrup bottles on the table, no tea of any kind. Food took forever even though the place isn’t even 1/4 of its full capacity. Pancakes fell apart, hash browns were burnt to the point of being unable to eat them. Would not recommend this location to anyone. And the French toast? Little baby pieces. Plus our server wouldn’t put down his phone…..

Absolutely the worst dining experience. Took 5 min for someone to greet us. 10 min before our server came over. He took our order and delivered our food. Never saw him again till he dropped off our check. We were his only table. My pancakes were not hot enough to melt the butter on top of them. The place had all of 6 customers and there were dirty tables. The owners of this establishment should be embarrassed. Will never eat here again.

I never write restaurant reviews, but this restaurant experience was so bad. I didn’t even want to give it 1 star, but you have to give at least 1 star to give the review. I realize that restaurants are short staffed, but I stood by the hostess area for 10 minutes w/o anyone even acknowledging me, or helping me. I had to walk into the restaurant & call after a waitress to get someone to help me. Not even a “I’m sorry for your wait” from the hostess. Once seated, I waited 20 minutes for my waitress to come & ask my drink order. When I finally ordered & got my food, I asked for salt & pepper & extra syrup. Waited 10 minutes for S&P ( I had given up on her & started eating), but she forgot the syrup. I was never asked if I needed my drink refilled. Tables around me had dirty dishes on them, & needed to be cleaned. When I left there was a group of about 10 people waiting at the hostess area & I over heard a lady talking about how they been waiting for 10 minutes & hadn’t seen anyone. So it wasn’t just me. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Food was pretty good but not hot. No silverware until we asked for it (several times) and it came considerably later than our food... Which is saying something since the food took over 45 minutes. Luckily waffles can be finger food. Speaking of finger food, the waiter checked the temperature of my wife's pancakes by giving them a little massage while he was putting the plate down. Yucky.

We didn't receive the best service from our particular waitress that day. The restaurant was not busy at all and there were only a 2 or 3 tables occupied in our row that she was working but we didn't get any offers to refill our drinks throughout the meal and it just took an extremely long time for someone to take our food order after a drink order was placed. During our meal, I had to give my son my cup of water to help finish his meal. I understand there is still a staffing shortage all around so I extended some grace in this situation. I hope service there improves.

Had difficulty getting a server to take our order. There was only one other customer there. Three employees stood around talking to each other. Got the attention of one who took our order. She was nice. But soon after that she was arguing with another employee and stomped around. She was late middle aged so she should know that is not the way to act. Food was good. We all decided to never return, as service was not good in the past. Maybe just bad luck.
