Taco Bell

Stopped to get Taco Bell and just got home… very disappointed this is the third time in the past month where I have taken my family to Taco Bell and for the amount of money we spend here every time ($28) we expect better made cheesy gordita crunches. The lack of consistency and meat and cheese in these are not worth this amount of money.

Every time I come here (which isn’t often) they always mess up my order. I can’t have sour cream. Every single time I have ever ordered from this particular Taco Bell, it’s always WRONG. I only went to this location today because I was so close to it on that side of town. And their phone is broken so they can’t even get calls. It rings and then after it rings so many times it just starts to beep. Never going back to this location again.

Wow! Service was awesome and the two people that I personally dealt with were kind and they took pride in their work (which is rare these days). I am WOW'd by the service I received today at this Taco Bell in Westerville!!! I will certainly be back to this Taco Bell because of the interaction, food, and service I received today. Thank you Sidney S. and the co-worker that you were working with today that handed us our order. YOU ROCK! We visited on 5/3/2022 @ 9:15:42 AM P.S. TACO BELL BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!!!

The Worst Taco Bell Around! After Leaving Me Sit At The Window For 10min. After Getting My Order & Asking For Mild Sauce, He Opens Window Back Up & Asks What I Need & When I Repeat Myself He Gets Mad & Slams The Window In My Face. The Manger Has 0 Manger Skills. They All Smell Like Pot & Looked High. They Will Do Absolutely Nothing To Help A Customer.

This Taco Bell got our order wrong twice over, even when we went back through the drive-through and pointed out their error. They put beef in our food, instead of beans. Also, when they finally made it correctly, there was practically nothing in the tacos. Please see pictures. The manager was very rude, acting as though we were unreasonable for expecting them to remake the messed-up order. She eventually refused to rectify the error. We were surprised because Taco Bell‘s policy has always been to remake any erroneous orders. Our family has been fans of Taco Bell, ever since my childhood. You can always count on Taco Bell to get your order right, and to make it better if it is wrong. Unfortunately, that is not the case with this Westerville Taco Bell. Corporate headquarters, take note, this Taco Bell is a disgrace to your company’s reputation and policy.
